Complete the application form and email a completed copy to guestservices@medcityrefuge.org to request lodging from MedCity REFUGE.

You should submit the application for assistance no more than 3 months before your first scheduled appointment for gender-affirming care at a local hospital in Rochester, MN.
Please allow 1 week to receive a response to your request from guestservices@medcityrefuge.org.
If you have not received a response within 1 week, please reach out to guestservices@medcityrefuge.org to inquire about your request status.

You must be receiving gender-affirming healthcare and be either a new patient, an active outpatient, or an inpatient at a local hospital in Rochester, MN.
You must submit documentation of local gender-affirming treatment before receiving assistance from MedCity REFUGE.
- Documentation may consist of either a referral from a Social Work Department or your medical provider, or a copy of your Patient Appointment Guide (PAG) from the local hospital in Rochester, MN.
To stay at a designated MedCity REFUGE partnering hotel, and to receive the subsidized rate, you must be at least 21 years old (per hotel policy). Anyone 18-20 must be accompanied by an individual who is at least 21.
